    Francis J. Giantomasi, a Member of the Firm at Chiesa Shahinian Giantomasi PC, has over three decades of experience in all aspects of real estate acquisitions, sales, development, complex commercial transactions and Chancery litigation, and has successfully argued before the New Jersey Appellate Division and the New Jersey Supreme Court. He is a recognized leader in planning, zoning, and development law including tax abatement law for the City of Newark and urban areas, and served as Chief Development Counsel for some of the region's major real estate projects.

  • Darrrell K. Terry, Sr., MHA, MPH, FACHE, serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer for Newark Beth Israel Medical Center and Children’s Hospital of New Jersey. Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, an RWJBarnabas Health facility, is a 665-bed regional care teaching hospital and home to one of the nation’s top ten heart transplant centers.

    The Children’s Hospital of New Jersey cares for children from birth through adolescence, with more than 30 specialized pediatric services including New Jersey’s largest Valerie Fund Children’s Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders and the Children’s Heart Center. Terry has more than 30 years of experience in health care administration which includes serving as the Chief Operating Officer of NBIMC, as well as other roles at two other major NJ health care companies.

Kevin O'Toole, chairman of the Board of Commissioners of Port Authority

Kevin J. O'Toole serves as the Chairman of the Board of Commissioners of the Port Authority of New York/New Jersey. In this role, he oversees the operations of this interstate agency – which has recently handled record operating volumes while focusing on improving and expanding the region’s transportation infrastructure.

Kevin has had a long and distinguished career in public service at the local and state level having served in the New Jersey General Assembly and as a State Senator. As the founding and managing partner of O'Toole Scrivo, Kevin's law practice encompasses toxic tort, environmental law, risk management, class actions, complex litigation, and corporate investigations.
