Join alumni and friends on a day-long journey to the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), formerly the St. Andrew-on-Hudson Jesuit novitiate in Hyde Park. Enjoy a three-course lunch at Ristorante Caterina de’ Medici followed by a tour of the CIA, including the St. Andrew-on-Hudson cemetery, the final resting place of Rev. Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, S.J., arguably one of the greatest thinkers of the 20th century.

9:00 a.m. – Bus departs Saint Peter’s University - Lot No. 1 (Armory Lot)
11:30 a.m. – Lunch
2:00 p.m. – Tour of CIA campus
3:30 p.m. – Bus departs Culinary Institute of America
$60 per person (transportation, lunch and tour included)
Space is limited and will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Limit one guest.
Parking and bus departure/arrival will be located in Lot No. 1 (Armory Lot) at 686 Montgomery Street between Jordan Avenue and Tuers Avenue.
